1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the ReClyp browser extension or using the ReClyp website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReClyp is a browser extension that allows you to record your screen, edit recordings with cuts and zooms, and export them as video files. The Service is available in a free tier and a paid premium tier.

3. Free and Premium Plans

3.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes screen recording, basic editing, webcam overlay, custom backgrounds, and standard quality (1080p) export. Exports include a ReClyp watermark.

3.2 Premium Plan

The premium plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks 1440p and 4K export quality, removes the watermark, provides full projects history, and includes lifetime updates. The premium plan is non-recurring - no subscription is required.

4. Premium Activation Keys

Each activation key is linked to a single browser.
If you change browser or device, you may regenerate a new key from the extension. Regenerating a key will revoke access on all previously activated browsers or devices.
Sharing, reselling, or distributing activation keys is strictly prohibited and may result in key revocation without refund.
We reserve the right to revoke keys that are being used in violation of these terms.

5. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes where required.
After successful payment, your activation key will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Because ReClyp premium is a digital product with instant delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Videos you create using ReClyp are entirely yours. We claim no ownership or rights over your recordings.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All recordings are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReClyp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
